Cherokee Heritage Center Proposals are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) for the construction of a new 26,000 square foot (approximate gross square footage (GSF) Heritage Center and Museum facility to be constructed in Tahlequah, Oklahoma per the following General Scope of Work. The Construction Manager system will be used in which the Construction Manager performs professional management services, but generally does not perform with his own force any of the construction work with the exception of those items defined as General Conditions (reference EXHIBIT A). The Construction Manager shall provide consultation as a member of a CNB/Architect-Engineer/Construction Manager Team involving the design, budget control, construction and closeout of the Heritage Center & Museum project. Provide bid security either in the form of a bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in the state of Oklahoma or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Any and all questions should be submitted in writing to Purchasing Manager, Amy Eubanks via email to amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com Question Deadline 01/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for the opening of proposals will not be answered.
