Northeastern State University seeks proposals from companies to provide a Transcript Evaluation Tool that can correctly read, identify, and extract information from admission documents. The selected vendor must offer on-demand training services for users of all skill levels, including content corrections. The tool must be able to process and display each student's date of birth and address, class rank, unweighted GPA, ACT and SAT scores with test dates, identify and read both college-bound core classes and other admission-required classes, display earned core college-bound credits as required for Math, Reading, Science, and English, and indicate date of graduation. IT specifications include support for Single Sign-On using SAML 2.0, the ability to provide a completed HECVAT (preferably version 4), a VPAT for accessibility compliance, information on whether data is used to train models for other customers or tenants, and support for email delivery to inboxes without configuring allow lists.
