Site work for a water / sewer project in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes the following: Rehabilitation of approximately 630 LF of 10" Sanitary Sewer Line byway of cured-in-place pipe and all appurtenances. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Tahlequah Public Works Authority, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. The following bonds will be required from the Contractor: -Performance Bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price -Statutory Public Works Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price -One Year Maintenance Bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least Sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The attention of all bidders is called to the fact that they must meet the requirements and bid in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma governing public works contracts.
