Northeastern State University seeks proposals for a contract to provide a Transcript Evaluation Tool. The vendor should provide solutions to accurately read, identify, and extract information from admission documents. Specifications include on demand training for users, and the system must capture each student's date of birth and address, class rank, unweighted GPA, ACT and SAT scores with test dates, identify and read college-bound core and other required admissions classes, display if the required number of college-bound core credits have been earned, and date of graduation. IT requirements include support for Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0, provision of a completed HECVAT (preferably version 4), provision of a VPAT for accessibility compliance, assurance that data is not used to train models for other customers or tenants, and system support for email delivery without the need to configure allow lists.
