Housing Authority Of The Cherokee Nation Rehabilitation Of One Home Adair County - Carpentry The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Adair County. Work must be completed according to the work write-up, and the job must be finished within 15 working days. Work should begin within two weeks of notification or liquidated damages of $100.00 per day will be charged for each working day beyond the contract end date. To be considered responsive or responsible, bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. Preference is given to bidders who are TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office, and proof of certification must accompany submittals. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO requirements. The purchase order will be awarded to the contractor providing the lowest, most responsive bid in accordance with the HACN Procurement Policy, subject to availability of funds.
