Supply and install white painted 26-gauge steel liner panel with trims on the interior of the Marathon County Hatley Highway Shop. The work includes covering all of the ceiling and a significant portion of the walls that do not currently have liner panel. Provide all materials, labor, expertise, equipment, and required insurance for installation of new 26 gauge painted metal interior liner panel with trims at the site address Hatley Highway Shop, 8155 Duncan Road, Hatley, WI 54440. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the firm's name and address and the project notation. Marathon County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept bids determined to be in the best interest of the County. The procurement is governed by the Marathon County Procurement Code, which prohibits gratuities and kickbacks. The purpose of this request for proposals is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide labor, material and equipment required to install 26 gauge painted white metal liner panel on the interior of the Hatley Highway Shop on the entire ceiling and walls where there isn't any currently. The intent is to complete an interior vapor barrier with the liner panel install. This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. A. Scope Summary Provide all materials, labor, expertise, all equipment, and required insurance to install 26 gauge painted white liner panel with required trims on the entire ceiling and walls where there isn't any currently. Detailed Scope of Work: Remove any required electrical and mechanical items that need to be removed for liner panel installation. Provide and install 26 gauge painted white liner panel with required accessories on the entire ceiling and walls where there isn't liner panel currently. New liner panel should match the profile to what's currently on some of the walls. Provide and install metal trims necessary for a clean liner panel installation. Reinstall the removed electrical and mechanical items that were removed prior to the liner panel installation.
