Site work for a water / sewer project in Folsom, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Work Included: Sanitary Sewer Relining of approximately 2,100LF, and associated work along Chester Pike and to rehabilitate 147 manholes, Ridley Township, Delaware County, PA. B. Related Work: All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored to its original condition or better. The Contractor shall be responsible to replace any curb, sidewalk, signage, parking meter, etc. No additional monies will be given to the Contractor to restore the site. All pavement restoration areas shall be neat, straight, joint lines. Narrow asphalt strips between curb and trench (2 feet or less) will not be acceptable. Question Deadline 01/15/2026 If any person contemplating submitting a Bid for construction of the Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the proposed Contract Documents, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for interpretation thereof not later than 7 days before Bids will be opened. Sealed bids will be received online for the Sanitary Sewer Relining - Meter 21 - Phase 2. The bidding process will occur via the PennBid Program. No bid bond or plan (blueprint) is associated with this bid. There is no pre-bid conference for this project. Bidders must register on the provided platform to download documents related to the project.
