The Corning Municipal Airport (4M9) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for an airport planning consultant with a thorough understanding of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5070-6B, to assist the Airport in the preparation of an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Update with Narrative Report. Services required include all phases and necessary incidental services to assist the Airport in the preparation of an ALP Update with Narrative Report to be funded by an FAA Grant. A qualification-based selection process conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E will be utilized. Selection criteria will include: capability to perform all aspects of the project (qualifications of prime firm and subconsultants, if any), recent experience with comparable projects, relevant experience of key personnel, project understanding and approach, ability to meet schedules within budget, understanding of FAA standards, policies, and procedures, and references. Fees will be negotiated after a consultant has been selected; fee information must not be submitted with the statement of qualification. To be considered, provide 3 copies of your Statement of Qualifications, including qualifications and experience, along with references, to the specified address by the deadline. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any and/or all Statements. Statements once submitted become property of the Sponsor. All questions must be submitted via email by the deadline.
