Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Corning, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a warehouse / distribution facility; office development; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and office development.
The project consists of performing all site work, pouring concrete slab and foundations, connecting water and sewer to existing service lines and roughing into concrete slab, providing electric service to the building, constructing the engineered, pre-fabricated metal building (including insulation) as shown on the drawings, and other related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding information must be downloaded from QuestCDN to add the bidder's company to the Planholders List and allow access to online bidding for the submittal of bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the issuing office for a non-refundable payment. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
