Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is requesting sealed technical and qualification proposals to provide CM at Risk Services for design assistance and construction of the Knox Gifted Academy Elementary School Renovation. Question Submission Deadline January 15, 2026, 4:30pm Offerors are strongly encouraged to review the enclosed proposal requirements and specifications as the School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities and accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the School District. The submission of a proposal will indicate that the offeror understands the requirements and specifications and that they can supply the materials, services or construction and meet the required delivery timeline as specified. The scope of work for the Knox Gifted Academy Elementary School shall include but not be limited to the following activities. Relocation of the front office from the center of the campus to the parking lot. MPR and Kitchen are too small. Layouts need to be redesigned and renovated, and/or possible full rebuilds. Improve parking lot and extend parent drop off/pick up drive lines. A phased approach for the new construction may be required to accommodate an active campus. Demo of any existing structures or parking lots required to complete scope of work. The estimated construction base bid budget is $7.5 Million. The Knox Gifted Academy Elementary School Renovation project will be designed by SPS+ Architects.
