The project is expected to include a combination of hotels, restaurants, retail space, and office uses, with the developer required to secure commercial building permits ahead of a stated municipal deadline in order to keep the project moving forward. _______________ The City is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified offerors for a mixed-use hotel, retail, restaurant, entertainment development at Tumbleweed Park at the Southwest Corner of McQueen and Germann Road. Submittals are requested for a Mixed-Use Hotel, Retail, Restaurant, and Entertainment Development at Tumbleweed Park, located at the southwest corner of McQueen and Germann Road. Submittals must be sent via email to the specified Procurement Officer and must be received by the deadline. Additional details regarding how to submit are included, emphasizing submittals must not be sent through the Arizona Procurement Portal, and should be emailed directly to the Procurement Officer.
