As of May 08, 2026, the project was awarded to Infinity Construction Co., Inc. but the awarded amount is not available The scope of this project involves adding treatment at the Cuyahoga Street Storage Facility (CSSF). The goal is to provide the equivalent of primary clarification, including floatables and suspended solids removal, and effluent disinfection for overflow volumes up to the design overflow at the CSSF. Notably, flows exceeding the design overflow of the system will receive the best treatment possible up to the hydraulic and/or treatment capacity of the CSSF. The City will only accept proposals from Proposers that were previously Short Listed.
