Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Erlanger, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is for the Brightleaf Boulevard and Narrows Road Sidewalk Improvements-Phase 2. It includes all material, labor, equipment, and installation required to complete all elements. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by either a cashier's check or a satisfactory bid bond in a sum not less than five percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the City of Erlanger. The successful bidder will be required to execute and provide construction contract security of an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be made on the required Bid Form, and two completed copies of the Bid Form are required. Contractors must purchase the bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as a registered bidder. No substitution of Contractors shall occur without change of registration. This project shall include all material, labor, equipment, and installation required to complete all element(s). Questions from contractors during the bidding process should be submitted by in writing via email or fax to smcmillan@vioxinc.com and dulrich@vioxinc.com or Fax to 859 727-8452, ATTN Sandy McMillan and Devin Ulrich Questions must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid date.
