The Sherbourne Drive Parking Improvements Project requires all material, labor, equipment, and installation necessary to complete all elements of the project. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by either a cashier’s check or a satisfactory bid bond amounting to not less than five percent of the aggregate bid amount, payable to the City of Erlanger. The successful bidder will be required to provide construction contract security of an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be submitted on the required Bid Form, with two completed copies. Contractors must purchase bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to be considered registered bidders, and substitution of contractors requires a change of registration. Digital or hard copy specifications may be ordered from the City Engineer's office for a fee. The City will evaluate bids in accordance with resident bidder preferences and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Questions from contractors during the bidding process should be submitted by in writing via email or fax to smcmillan@vioxinc.com and dmichels@vioxinc.com or Fax to 859 727-8452, ATTN Sandy McMillan and Dominic Michels, P.E. with the subject line of "ERL-SHERBOURNE DRIVE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS." Questions must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid date
