The Kenton County Fiscal Court (County) is requesting proposals to retain a qualified At-Risk Construction Manager as Contractor (CM), and to solicit contractor-controlled costs and related variable percentage of indirect costs (i.e. staffing, taxes, insurance, contingency, fee, etc.) and direct cost (Div 2-33). The CM will assist the design team with preconstruction efforts throughout the design phase, progressing towards the completion of design documents & permitting, in order to successfully manage the construction efforts. During the future design phase, if required, the CM will develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for the construction costs. Question Submission Deadline: February 6, 2026, 2:00pm
