Site work for a communication facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the engineering and manufacturing of a Solid-State Frequency Converter and commissioning at Chestnut Hill West Substation. Bids must be submitted through the Electronic Procurement System. No mailed or hand delivered bids will be accepted. The contract duration is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bids must remain firm for at least ninety days from the date of the bid opening and cannot be withdrawn during that time. The solicitation is subject to compliance with the PA Steel Products Act, Buy America Act, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, and requires certification of compliance with Executive Order 12549. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, sex, color, or national origin. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
