As of March 04, 2026, the project was awarded to DC Construction Services, Inc., with an awarded amount of $763,796.10. The contract will consist of thefollowing: 2026 CCMG Paving and associated work items of variousstreets throughout the City of Attica. Each bid shall be accompaniedby a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond made payable to the Owner, in a sum ofnot less than five percent (5%)of the total amount of the bid,which check or bond will be heldby the Owner as evidence thatthe bidder will, if awarded thecontract, enter into the samewith the Owner upon notificationfrom him to do so within ten (10)days of said notification. Approved performance and payment bonds guaranteeing faithful and proper performance ofthe work and materials, to be executed by an acceptable suretycompany, will be required of theContractor at the time he executes his contract. The bondwill be in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price and must bei n f u l l f o r c e a n d e f f e c tthroughout the term of the Construction Contract plus a period of twelve (12)months from the date of substantial completion. No bid may be withdrawn afterthe scheduled closing time forreceipt of bids for at least sixty(60) days.
