The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System requires construction services to convert existing administrative spaces within the Outpatient Surgery Department into standardized general-purpose exam rooms. The work includes reconfiguring current underutilized and oversized rooms into properly designed clinical spaces, installing the plumbing fixtures and exam lighting necessary for podiatry, orthopedic, vascular, ENT, and other outpatient surgical services, and modifying interior layouts to support increased patient volume. The project is needed to expand exam space capacity and ensure clinicians have appropriately equipped rooms to provide care for the growing veteran population. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days.
