The project will include the following described construction: The furnishing and installation of a 600 gpm suction lift pump station to replace an existing station including, fiberglass enclosure, suction and discharge piping, valves, bypass pumping, instrumentation, plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, site work, and all other equipment and other work required as shown on Contract Drawings and/or called out in the Project Specifications for which no other specific unit price or lump sum items has been established in the Bid Proposal. The successful bidder shall be required to fully complete all work within 240 consecutive calendar days from and including the date to start work established in a written order from the City of Columbia, Tennessee. The City of Columbia, Tennessee reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Columbia, Tennessee further reserves the right to reject all Proposals. Note: These documents are not official bid documents.
