Doc note: Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders shall be fully refunded upon return of the documents no later than 10 days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less the actual cost of reproduction, shall be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for just cause per State Public Bid Law. This item shall consist of all labor, materials, shipping, and any other costs to fabricate, transport, install and remove all gates, and construct all racks and rack foundations, provide traffic control required for installation and removal of gate and placement in rack, and the preparation of the floodwall in accordance with the plans for all gate installations. Six wedges per gate will be constructed in accordance with the plans and will be provided with the gate. Measurement and Payment will be Lump Sum under bid item S-001, and include all costs for this item. The Contractor will be required to provide the Owner with a schedule of values for the construction and installation of each gate and rack prior to the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Included with this specification are all technical specifications required for the bid item
