Gas furnace installation services including procurement, demolition, removal, disposal, delivery, installation, connection, and reconnection of a Lennox ML196DF090XE48CK 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace or approved equivalent. Work shall include all necessary materials and supplies such as condensate line, LP kit, insulated metal duct, gas line, and PVC flue, along with labor to complete the installation. Contractors must demonstrate technical capability through tools, equipment, training, and business practices, and provide detailed information on experience performing similar work. Past performance within the last three years must be documented, including project details, dollar value, period of performance, description of work, and customer references. Pricing shall include unit costs for all parts and labor, rounded to two decimals, in U.S. dollars. Component Installation: - Install and connect the following components: - Condensate line. - LP Kit. - Insulated metal duct -R/A drop. - Gas line - final connection. - Flue - PVC. 3. Re-connect AC Condenser unit outside that will need to be reconnected to the new unit. 4. Testing and Commissioning: 5.
