Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary in connection with the flood plain restoration and stream rehabilitation of Cilley Creek and Congress Run. This project includes clearing and grubbing, construction of retention walls, excavation, erosion control, and stream restoration work. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Hamilton County, Ohio. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond totaling 100% of the Bid Amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the Bid Amount must accompany all bids. A performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100% of the contract price, are also required. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the name and address of the Bidder and the Project name. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Springfield Township, waive any formalities or irregularities, or re-advertise if necessary. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening. an optional, informational pre-bid meeting was held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Springfield Township Administration Building.
