Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Adams Road Watermain Replacement. Submission of a proposal or bid represents an acknowledgment and agreement by the offeror to understand and comply with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130) and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. A payment and performance bond is required for the project, specifically providing that the principal must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act. Contract documents may be examined at designated locations and may be obtained upon payment of a specified fee. No refunds will be made.
