Perform Work of Contract under lump sum contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. During the course of the Work and within the context of this Project and Contract, the Owner may provide authorized signatures to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers to act as the "Owners Agent" or similar authorization. These authorizations shall not establish a direct contractual relationship between the Owner and other parties, or relieve the Contractor of his responsibilities, or in any way modify the terms of this Contract.
