Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The contract provides for: Installation of approximately 2,746 SY of concrete trail, erection of bridge, 1,270 SF of timber decking, 208 LF of pedestrian fence, 32.2 CY of Class B concrete, 4,190 LB of reinforcing steel, 38 LF of structural steel piles, 34 LF of pre-bore for piling, 4 pile point reinforcing, 213 CY of embankment, 111 CY of unclassified excavation, 3,021 LF of silt fence, 4 tubular markers, 68 SY of rock blanket, 2,088 LF of linear grading, 261 LF of continuous channeling curb, 18 channelizers, 63 SF of construction signs, crosswalk RRFB system, nyloplast inlet, clearing, grubbing and demolition, contractor construction staking, seeding, plaque and erection of a Bailey Bridge.
