New Construction includes supplying and installing 2,455 LF of 2' concrete curb & gutter, 170 LF of 2" concrete flat curb, 2,370 SF of 4" concrete sidewalk, 2,060 SF of 8" concrete drive entrance, reinstallation of 45 concrete parking blocks, 950 Tons of 2" Type 5 asphalt overlay, 400 Tons of 8" Type 5 full depth asphalt paving, 4,065 LF of 4" white painted parking stall lines, 6 ADA parking stall symbols, 20 white painted (City Vehicle) text, 500 CY of dirt placement from salvaged or new topsoil dirt, 12 concrete parking light piers, 108 LF of 18" x 8" x 12" CMU retaining wall blocks, 1 12' x 20' trash enclosure operable gates, 2 4' x 15' concrete traffic security access gates, 2 5' x 6' concrete stairs handrails, 1,210 LF of 2" PVC underground conduit (parking light poles), 400 LF of dual 2" PVC underground conduit (security access gates), 6 6' Service Berry Trees, 48 1 gallon fountain grass (Hameln), 9,650 SF of Scotts grass seed with straw covered mat pinned, 3,220 SF of 2" depth Cypress mulch and respective traffic control & mobilization. The (ADD ALTERNATE #1) contract provides for restoration of existing Freedom Park parking lot and individual new project components including demolition and new construction similar in scope to the base bid but with specified quantities. The (ADD ALTERNATE #2) contract provides for removal of City Hall fountain and installation of new concrete slabs and 4 flagpoles, including associated demolition and construction work.
