Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Power washing and surface preparation of exterior ribbed split face block; application of self-cleaning acrylic coating; removal and replacement of masonry control joint backer rod and sealant; installation of pre-finished composite aluminum windowsills; removal and replacement of aluminum frame double pane insulated glass window units. The contract: Scope consists of 16,000 sf of power washing and surface preparation of exterior ribbed split face block to receive application of 16,000 sf of Sherwin Williams LX14-50 Series Self-Cleaning Acrylic Coating (2 coats). Removal and replacement of 550 If of masonry control joint backer rod & cracked sealant and installation of new backer rod & single-component elastomeric polyurethane sealant. Supply and installation of 228 If of 12" & 124 If of 36" prefinished composite aluminum windowsills attached to existing precast window sills. Removal and replacement of 7 individual aluminum frame double pane insulated glass window units representing 387 sf. Reference drawings for specific locations and dimensions.
