Sealed bids are requested for classroom upgrades at Shawnee High School. Bidders must submit overall lump sum bids in sealed envelopes marked with the bidder's name, project name, and bid number. Bidders must be classified by the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction in General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009) and provide required pre-qualification information for subcontractors in Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron (C029), Plumbing (C030), HVACR (C032), and Electrical (C047), including necessary licenses. Subcontractors must also provide evidence of their pre-qualifications within the bid. Bidding must comply with NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law. The Board of Education may award the contract in whole or in part, select any combination of bids and alternates, waive informalities, and reject any or all bids at its discretion.
