Auditorium Roof Replacement at Burlington County Institute of Technology Medford Campus Auditorium Roof Replacement The Burlington County School District does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/ requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Specific questions regarding the project will be addressed at the pre-bid meeting. Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C067, and #C070, as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. This bid proposal addresses Addition and Renovations at the Burlington County Institute of Technology - Medford Campus School. The Burlington County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all minor and immaterial informalities in the bid. No late bids will be accepted. The Burlington County School District will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
