Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Medford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened. The project generally includes: removal of the existing basement stair well and door, removal of the existing landscape bed along the back and west side of the building, removal and replacement of basement windows, removal and replacement of bollards, damaged shingles, and all gutters and downspouts, crack and concrete repairs of the ramp and steps in the front of the building, repair of railings, parging of the foundation wall, regrading, installation of vertical curb, clearing of vegetation, landscaping and painting. This is a section 3 project of the housing and urban development act of 1968, and, to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and employment must be given to low and moderate income persons residing within the project area; and the project must utilize businesses located in or owned in substantial part by persons residing within the project area. Drawings, specifications, and contract documents for the proposed project, prepared by environmental resolutions, inc., consulting engineers, have been filed in the office of the township engineer at 815 east gate drive - suite 103, mount laurel, new jersey 08054, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during normal business hours. Bids must be made on the standard bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Further, bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project title on the outside, and addressed to: township clerk at 49 union street, medford, new jersey 08055 of the total bid price as established in the bid, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars and zero cents ($20,000.00). Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of n.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., n.J.A.C.17:27, and all other applicable laws referenced within the drawings, specifications and contract documents. Township of medford reserves the right to (I) reject all bids pursuant to n.J.S.A. 40a:11-13.2 and (ii) to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any bid should it be in the interest of the township of medford to do so. Further, township of medford shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or conditions or which is materially nonresponsive. In the event township of medford does not reject all bids as permitted under n.J.S.A. 40a:11-13.2, in accordance with n.J.S.A. 40a:11-4, and other applicable laws, the project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Solicitaion no. - 25152-05 The Work of this Contract comprises the performance and completion ofthe entire Project withinthe time specified, including final cleaning up, the payment of all due obligations pertaining to the Project, and the replacing of defective work and materials, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Unless otherwise specified in the Supplementary Specifications, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, plant, machinery, equipment, water, light, heat, fuel, power, labor, superintendence, transportation, temporary construction, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever necessary to execute, complete and deliver to the Owner a functional and operating Project in accordance with the Contract Documents within the time specified, and the cost thereofshall be included in the prices bid for the various items scheduled in the Bid. The contractor shall post a bid guarantee of 5% of the bid price as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of his bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified.
