Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Water Reclamation Facility Expansion: Dewatering, Gravity Thickener & Chemical Building Improvements,. The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Water Reclamation Improvements and Expansion. The project includes: o Schedule A - Biosolids Dewatering Facility o Schedule B - Gravity Thickener and Tunnel o Schedule C - Chemical Feed Unit (Bid Alternate) o Schedule D - HVAC Upgrades and Roof Replacements The Project consists of: 1. Schedule A - New Biosolids Dewatering Facility: Consists of final grading, yard piping, driveway/sidewalks, Digested Sludge Tank, Biosolids Dewatering Building, and Dewatered Biosolids covered storage. 2. Schedule B - Gravity Thickener and Tunnel Rehab: Consists of demolition, reuse of cover, staged replacement of existing mechanisms, new piping and valves in thickener and tunnel, lighting replacement, and painting, 3. Schedule C - Chemical Feed Unit Rehab: Consists of demolition and staged replacement and addition of chemical tanks and pump skids, HVAC Upgrades, painting, and lighting replacement. 4. Schedule D - Various HVAC upgrades and Roof Replacements: Consists of HVAC Upgrades and Roof Replacement for 4 existing buildings; 1) Process Pump Station, 2) Energy Recovery, 3) Return Activated Sludge Unit #1, and 4) In-Plant Waste Unit.
