Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

This project involves replacing three existing 48" CMP Arch culverts with a 14'x8' Precast Concrete Box Culvert, the removal of one 60" CMP Arch culvert, and grading adjacent ditches. Bids shall be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN vBid online bidding, or by sealed paper copy by the Minnehaha County Auditor's Office. Bidding information can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com. Sealed paper bids must use the specifications and proposal forms supplied by the Minnehaha County Highway Department. Bids submitted on other forms will not be considered. Minnehaha County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make awards as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
