Site work and new construction of a library in Tyler, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a library; and for the construction of a 2,236-square-foot library.
Summary Project Description: Building a 2,236 square foot building to house Tyler's public library The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to City of Tyler. Unless otherwise indicated below, the Penal Sum of the Payment and Performance Bonds shall be the amount of the Contract Sum. (If Payment or Performance Bonds are to be in an amount other than 100% of the Contract Sum, indicate the dollar amount or percentage of the Contract Sum.) It is the Owner's goal to have Substantial Completion Fall 2026. The deposit will be refunded if the plans are returned to the Architect, in good condition, within 10 days after date of bid opening. Submit separate checks for processing fee and refundable deposit.
