Notice is hereby given that Columbia River People's Utility District (PUD)will receive sealed bids for trenching/boring services along NW Gilkison Road in Scappoose. Directional drill (bore) a distance of approximately 8,200 feet, minimum depth shall be 36 inches below final grade. Trenching, backfill and restoration shall be in accordance with the attached Construction Drawings, Trenching Specifications and the 2023 Oregon Standard Specification for Construction Columbia River PUD reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in compliance with the bid documents and prescribed public bidding procedures and to reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding by the PUD that it is in the public interest to do so.
