Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractors are to remove existing flooring, repair, grind, level, stain, epoxy, and install carpet on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the Greene County Administration Building (Old Takoma Hospital) Product needs to be Simiron Simfloor HWU (high wear urethane) or equivalent for the epoxy-stained floors. Carpet will need to be the carpet tiles. Please include samples, brochures and color choices in bid packet. Contractor's license required. Carpet tiles will need to be Manufacturer: J & J Commercial Kinetex or equivalent.
