Sealed bids are invited for the refurbishment of the marquee of the Capitol Theatre of Greeneville, located at 104 S. Main Street, Greeneville, TN. A site visit is required of all contractors submitting bids, allowing potential bidders to inspect the marquee and develop an accurate proposal based on the full scope of work required to restore the marquee. Site visits may take place on February 11, 2026 and February 12, 2026. Contractors should contact the Capitol Theatre to schedule a time for the site visit. Contractors can request a project bid manual by contacting the First Tennessee Development District.
