Bidders responding to this request must be responsible, regularly and practically engaged in providing the goods and/orservicesrequested in thisIFB, and possess ample resourcesforfulfilling requirements as detailed in thisIFB. The awarded contractorshould also be able to provide reports updating progress,such as a Daily Construction Report (samples may be requested by the awarded contractor), and to attend meetings/briefings with the Owner or the Owner's Representative to review project status. All bidders shall be actively engaged in this field for a period of not less than three (3) years. Bidder must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following 1. Windowpane replacement throughout the building 2. Bidder shall remove any damaged glass and hazardous materials that are defined in the contract documents 3. Bidder shall provide and coordinate delivery of lift to perform work 6. Bidder shall replace glass and any damaged stainless steel trim caps 7.
