Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The objective of this prequalification application is to qualify Contractors to request qualifications from roofing contractors interested in submitting bids for roofing repair and new roofing installation projects for the remainder of FY26 through FY30. Projects have not yet been identified but will be advertised over the next three (5) fiscal years. Contractors must be pre-qualified and remain in good standing to be eligible to bid on future roofing projects with CCPS. Pre-qualification does not require a contractor to bid on a particular job, but pre-qualification is required to receive an Invitation to Bid. Pre-qualification applications shall be submitted via Public Purchase no later than February 13, 2026, by 11:00AM. Projects generally range from $50,000 up to $15,000,000, depending on the scope. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
