Installation of water and sewer piping for the entire Graniteview Development, Granite Road, Mount Airy. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm at the Mount Airy Housing Authority, 505 Jefferies Street, Mount Airy, NC. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for the above referenced project consists of, but is not limited to, the work herein described as follows: Installation of SDR26 water piping and sewer piping, including meter boxes with valves and cleanouts at each apartment building along Granite Road, Mount Airy, North Carolina. Question Deadline 02/04/2026 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
