Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The scope of the project includes but is not limited to construction of a new 6.5 MGD lift station facility, approximately 11,600 LF of 18" wastewater force main, and approximately 11,700 LF of 24" reuse water line. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
