Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of existing sidewalks and driveways along Thorpe Ln between Hopkins St. and Aquarena Springs Dr. to bring pedestrian facilities into compliance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). Improvements consist of reconstructing sidewalk segments and driveway crossings to meet current accessibility standards, as well as construction of new sidewalk connection and curb ramps at Robbie Ln., including relocating an existing pedestrian push button. The pedestrian crossing at Warden Ln. will be reconfigured. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
