Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surf City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,373-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The project consists of furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Topsail Public Safety Building at 804 S. Anderson Blvd., Topsail Beach, NC 28445. The new facility will be 17,373 square feet and includes an apparatus bay, enclosed garage, and upper level operations space. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: site work, utilities, concrete, masonry, wood frame, metal panels, doors and windows, stairs and railings, elevator, siding, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and finishes. Trade contractors and vendors are required to submit a prequalification application. Pre-qualification requirements: Trade contractors and vendors must submit a prequalification application to Thomas for review. Applications must be received by the stated deadline.
