North Port High School Classroom Addition Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Sarasota County Public Schools and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Building 7 Classroom Expansion at North Port High School The project consists of a classroom expansion (Roughly 750 SF) to the existing construction services building at North Port High School. Services include, but not limited to, roofing, concrete/masonry, interior specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing. Announcement of a site visit is forthcoming. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. All bidding subcontractors shall adhere to having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge, per Florida Statues 1012.32, 1012.465, 1012.467 & 1012.468. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor.
