Renovation of a military facility in Wichita, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair or replace generator PLC controls for Building 16 at McConnell AFB. The PLC system is a Telmecanique/Advantys STBNMP2212 PLC Island with connected output modules controlling a Kohler 1.5 MW Diesel Generator set. The contractor shall restore the PLC to original installation parameters, verify proper operation and communication of the PLC and generator set, and perform functional checks of generator operations in both standalone and parallel modes. The scope includes an option to install a Hot Switch Bypass. All work must ensure full operational capability of the generator system as specified in the Statement of Work. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
