This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase OEM Fairbanks Morse and Layne Pump Parts and Repair Services at the Division of Water and the Division of Sewerage and Drains. The pumps are used for various water and wastewater treatment processes including high service (finished water) pumps, backwash pumps, and low service pumps. The successful bidder will provide and deliver OEM Fairbanks Morse and Layne Pump Parts for repairs performed by City of Columbus employees at City locations and provide parts and services for repairs that will be done at the awarded bidder's facility. The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification.
