The City of San Antonio, acting by and through City Public Service Board (CPS Energy), is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide Pole Restoration and Hardening System Services for an anticipated four-year term. Proposals must address all submission requirements, including a technical proposal, safety submittal, cost proposal, administrative requirements, contract terms & conditions, and a bid submission supplement. Respondents must provide information about their experience, qualifications, company overview, local presence, subcontracting plans for local and small business participation, and environmental sustainability practices. All proposal components must be submitted electronically in the CPS Energy Supplier Management System portal by the specified deadline. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended but not required. Respondents are prohibited from communicating with CPS Energy staff or Board Members regarding the RFP except as specified. Proposals not meeting all requirements may be rejected.
