Dockery, Architect, P.C. was selected to design the Fire Station 21 project. Debra J. Dockery, Architect, P.C. was originally selected to design a square foot new Fire Station 21 replacing the existing administration and housing areas at old fire station. Subsequent programming has determined that to provide a fully functional station that meets the needs of the assigned area of operations apparatus bay and supporting equipment bunker needs to be provided. New construction one (1) EMS bay with Pavement Vehicle Exhaust System, United States Digital Designs () Fire Alerting System /Joker Stand, Kitchen/Dining, Day Room, Public Lobby, Offices, Officers' dorms, Fire Fighters' dorms, EMS dorms and quarters. Exercise room, laundry, restrooms, and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, IT room, emergency generator, mechanical yard, storage, public and staff parking, entrance and exit drives, landscaping and any other work required for the completion of the project as designed in the project plans and specifications.
