Provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment throughout Jefferson Parish for a three-year contract. Services include troubleshooting, repairing, installing, programming, and vactor cleaning services. Vendors must comply with all provisions in the technical specifications and instructions for bidders. Bids must be submitted through the eProcurement site by the specified due date and time. Required Louisiana State contractor’s licenses and certifications must be included in the bid submission, including licenses for Mechanical (major class), Plumbing (major class), Master Plumbing, Water Supply Protection Specialist Certification (WSPS), and Gasfitters. License numbers must be placed in the appropriate field on the electronic bid envelope. Copies of relevant licenses and certifications must be provided within 10 days of bid opening by the apparent low bidder. Failure to submit required documentation will result in rejection of the bid.
