The City of Gretna, LA seeks to purchase three (3) EV Charging Stations and related software, components, and installation services. Interested suppliers must review the electronic instructions and Bid Information and Instructions at the specified website. Bids should be completed and submitted using the provided Bid Form. The City intends to purchase from a qualified and responsible supplier whose product meets the specifications and offers the lowest bid. Qualifications require the supplier to complete the project within the budgeted amounts provided through the applicable settlement grant of funds from the Department of Environmental Quality. Submission of sealed bids is by electronic means only at the designated website. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or any particular bid for cause. OCPP charger networking w/ all Basic Plan features plus access control, user mgmt., usage fees, and revenue collection. (List Price Per Port, Annually) 3 Level 2 and Level 3-1 Year ChargeLab 4G SIM Card 4G data plan add-on. Includes SIM card and ongoing cellular data for a single EV charger. (List Price Per Port, Annually) 1 Level 2 - 3 Year Maintenance Contract Maintenance pricing for (3) Level 2 charging stations that includes a full 100% warranty on all charger parts and repair cost for 3 years. (35% cost of chargers) 1 Installation and Construction Install pipe, wiring, disconnect, breaker for EV station. Mount and install charging station. Test electrical input/output. 3 Commissioning and setup Commissioning the unit for use The City also seeks quotes for signage indicating that each parking space corresponding to each charging station is strictly for EV charging purposes only, including mounting each sign above its charger station. The size of the signs will not exceed the size of a standard "no parking" sign. The City reserves the right to exclude from this purchase any components or services it deems unnecessary even if a price quote is requested. All prices quoted, therefore, must stand on the "per unit" price without any expectation that the entire package offering will be accepted.
