Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Groton, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and stadium.

The Town of Groton Public Works Department is soliciting qualification statements from qualified consultants to perform the following services: To provide architectural and engineering services (preliminary and final design, contract administration and site inspection) for the renovation of the Fitch High School stadium which includes the football field, running track, grand stands, new restroom/concession and storage buildings as well as other site amenities.
